Cage bolted in Seb .

Not sure you need a reshaped mani for 6 engine. My m8 and I fitted a 6 engine in a 205 for a bloke a few years back. I'm sure we just reshaped the bulkhead with a bfh.

You can just butcher the bulkhead but that's not the best option, I'm sure I've seen someone sell the pre-altered manifolds on an exchange basis.

Decent 309's are hard to come by now so being different will be hard to do.

Even decent 205's are hard to find nowadays, sills seem to be the worse parts. Sealant blocking up drain holes etc.

It's always been £100.00 from me, D/P's are available as well from std to custom all with the lambda which is a must along with the Dual VSS

Bulkhead bashing results in bad rust, Seen a few like this so if your planing on keeping the car not a good idea.

Engine mounts can all remain standard without any issue's if in good condition

Never needed to move a rad to date, thats allot of GTi6 conversions too

Depends on the type of rad though miles, mine had to be lowered a fair bit but mine is the s**t gsf type not the nissans alu one.

Down pipe on car already if car is oe can easily be cut, bent then welded up so it has the right length and angle etc, then a weld in boss for lambda.

Instead of messing with mani you could buy a 4-2-1 from pugracing and gain around 10bhp more.

I agree oe engine mounts can be used but harder mounts will give less engine movement and if ms is very close to cam etc then you will want to minimise this movement, less movement more power to the wheels as well.
