I really don't know what to expect from the ol'girl when i get her back, never been in a charged 6 or Rallye. But she will definitely see some laps on the ring this summer Cool

There is no way a low boost, or even high boost for that matter, could pull away from a 430 Scud. Even he wasn't trying, or the 306 has a jet engine under the bonnet!

Some nice driving there, and my it goes well.

N/A to the same BHP, you must have some money to be throwing at your 6!

tbh, taking an XU to similar power to a low boost (250 ish) is pretty straight forward and would not be too dissimilar to a low boost package.

you would be looking at a 2.2, i.e 92mm XUD11 x 87mm (+1mm overbore)

£1400 on good rods and pistons,
£600 on a satchell inlet setup with 48mm jenveys,
£650-700 on an ecu and loom.
£300 mapping.
£2-400 on cams, dont need to be wild.
£400 roughly, exhaust manifold.
£200 bearings and seals, gaskets etc.

Bolt it all together yourself, you'll be looking at around £4k.

Or buy a second hand low boost kit for £2,500 Thumbs up

I've got a first hand one for that much (Charger included) Smile

TBh, the Ferrari driver is a massive pussy.
That 6 is probably the best "built" low boosts imo though because a lot of though has gone into it.

Welded metal pipework,
Custom(Massive) rad
Water to oil cooler
etc etc etc
