i'm afraid it's not the clearest picture, and to do a proper job, it means fuel tank off iirc. as it feeds up and along sidemaindealer price for that pipe is approx £30. it's quite lengthy aswell. ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE. According to servicebox, the length of pipe is about 3000mm long. So it's not a 5 minute job. ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE. chris1987 wrote: Are you sure you need everything from there to the caliper? On a phase 2 that would be 3 (possibly 4) metal lines and a flexi hose. The reason they are split up into smaller lengths is so that you don't have to replace the whole lot if one pipe or hose fails. ________________________________________ Rich |

The pipe directly from the rear caliper is just over 700mm long, and from the caliper, joins to a flexi, then to another short piece, which goes into the brake compensator. Or has someone done away with the compensator?________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE.
