I'm thinking about taking the leather off and using it to trim the door cards. I know a guy near me that does it, but I'm sure that if you Google it there are loads of upholsterers near you. If you go to an auto one they can normally tell you what sort of leather is used in the Peugeot and try to match it, they'll keep a load of different shades of leather to best match yours. I doubt you could trim it all as one leather piece as the leather on the seats won't be broad enough, but if you got creative with the stitching you could have a stitch line down the length of it somewhere and join up 2 lengths of the leather.
