SOLD.

Right then, for sale here I've got a 97 Bianca white Phase 1 GTi6 with a dead engine. The engine started tapping so I attempted to drive it from back to Hereford from Cardiff so that my Dad could have a look at it, got 20 miles down the A48 and it died. The engine does run but makes an almighty racket, so will need to be towed or trailored away.

The near side rear calliper also sticks so this will need replacing.

Cyclones are pretty buggered, the paint isn't great either. Near side rear quarter has lots of tar spots and rust marks from where the brake was binding and wore the disc/pad down, I'd imagine these would come out with a polish. Possibly. There is also a sizeable dent in this panel too.

Interior is in good knick, driver's seat does have a small hole in the base and wear on the bolster.

It's currently sat on my Mum's drive and making her angry, so I'd thought I'd stick it up on here to see if anyone with the time/space/inclination to break it would fancy it, if not I'm just going to weigh it in.

So, any takers at £200ish?

Sorry, forgot to say the car is located in Hereford.

Ryangti6 was first to PM me so he gets first dibs. Roland, if he doesn't take it then I'll let you know.

I appear to have been pretty generous only sticking it up for £200, oh well!

To be honest I just need it shifting, so I've got no problem with it going for £200.
