Will try this summer with around 400-420 if possible, keep the torque a bit low to "spare" the box

I really hope the gearbox holds for a while cause its a very nice box with 1 and 2 from a S16 and 345 from HDI

Pulls like a mofo and very nice for a turboed 6

New engine with 500+ means indeed ML ....weve got the whole winter to think about that Wink

your funds appear to be sufficient so is why not uprate your existing BE3 box, you already have the LSD.

sufficient is not the right word, hahah

Ive acces 2 x spare S16 engines , 1 x decomp package from DP Engineering and a normal s16 both revised.

Ill have to see what the affordable options are..

What is a good upgrade from the BE3 that fits quite easy on a 6? driveshafts? etc, dont know a thing about peug boxes

the people i know who run turbo'd 6's favour the dt/hdi boxes because they tame the mental torque delivery, sounds strange but the BE3/6 is gash for these engines

sorry to drag up an old thread but anyone got any experience of using these max speeding rods in a standard ish engine for road & rally use? it will be running standard ecu for now but will probably upgrade later

the rest of the engine will be standard but lightened & balanced
