you need a fabricated top right engine mount,a modified subframe, custom cooling layout (every one I have seen is different) hydraulic conversion to the clutch pedal, a wiring loom adapted to connect to the 205 car loom. shortened driveshafts. fit the cable shift mechanism. custom downpipe to centre section bend. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Engine swap aside, you'd probably have a hard time getting it to go around corners with that massive lump in the front!________________________________________ 61k miles Ph.1 Diablo '6 Project Thread |

They drive quite well, Alloy block as well which helps allot, the only thing that is heavy is the Gearbox. They don;t fit neatly into a 205 no matter what anyone says and cooling is a big issue, Bad enough in the 406 ________________________________________ 306 Rallye Sptint/Race Car, 205 CTI 1.9 8v to name a fewRoad, Track and Race/Rally car preparation to your personal requirements, Full Workshop & Diagnostic Facilities New and Second parts, from Plugs to Turbo's We now also carry out Routine Servicing www.pugracing.com & FB Page, https://www.facebook.com/PugRacing Ebay; http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Pug-Racing-Shop 2012/2013/2014/2019 Class Winners at Gurston Down Speed Hillclimb & Joint overall, Class record too along the way, |

Would be a lot of fun in a 205. I noticed the weight difference in the 306, but it wasn't that bad.________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

tesstuff wrote: Some nice opinions Miles still has no idea how to cool this v6 engine, so states as fact it can't be cooled. The actual fact is that it runs very cool, if done properly. It does go very well in the 205, and handles nicely. You don't drive yours very hard, so you cannot comment, track work gets them hot very quickly where a simple 8 valver wouldn't even be breaking a sweat. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Surely you want the weight as far into the wheelbase as possible? Anyway the way the subframe works is different in a 405 so its always going to be different - mine was completely different from eddy's and they were both 306s! Chill out guys, you'd almost certainly get on in real life so don't be twats on here to each other. ________________________________________ Nothing to see here |
