Picked up the car yesterday, it was a bit of a trek in a transit about 4hours each way. Got it back and there are a lot of things to do to get it back on the road and a lot of tidying up to do mainly because it's a track car but I want to tidy it up, it's running abit rough aswell but overall i'm happy with it and just want to get it on track now and see what it's like! I would be very suprised if theres anything majorly wrong with your 205 jake, Hanpugs a decent bloke and for the money I think you got a billy bargain in one of the best colours.....Though want a fan of the cage but thats a personal preference....Also got loads of 205s and parts lying around due to 20 years of being addicted to "deux zero cinq's" ________________________________________ 306 less for first time in nearly 7 years. I this had a drive of it last night when he got back and it shifts well, as he says there are a good few things need sorting out like the inside is a right mess! no lights on the dash, no heaters, dash has been bodged together but from the exterior side of it its mint Bit of an idle problem at the minute but i will give him a hand checking and cleaning map and ICV ect... i should have plenty of spare sensors kicking about for this. Also there was no jubale clip on the fuel line what popped off last night too. We have a good month or two to get it ready for loads of hard track time tho so should be mint soon Heres a quick one i got this morning Jake when i picked my tyres up. ________________________________________ Clicky: click here remove the space between [url & = |

Made a start pulling the cage out last night and taking out the passenger seat so I can re-spray the inside and re-paint the cage as the paint finish isn't very good. Once the cage is out the way i'll pull the dash out and see what I need, might even get the dash flocked and a suede steering wheel.________________________________________ The 205205 GTI6 For Sale Off Racing! |
