I agree, the attitude of "Back up to 9 points again. Ho humm" just shows you don't see any problem with it. If you said "I was on the A13 coming out of London where it constantly goes from a 30 to a 40 to a 50 to a 30 to a 40 to a 50 and I got done by a camera", I'd completely be on your side. If you got done by 50mph average speed cameras on an empty motorway, I'd be on your side.

I ran over a cyclist today, luckily don't have to replace his bike now as he only has one leg. Ho humm.
