Yup same!

I swear chrisd306 used R888's for a "wet" set of track tyres Unsure

I found that ANY amount of standing water was like driving on ice!

Will there be much difference between an organic clutch plate and a Cerametallic clutch plate? The Cerametallic clutch kit it £46 more expensive over the organic clutch kit but just wondering if its going to make much difference ? Says on the description the organic is stage1 for fast road and Cerametallic is stage2 for fast road and track use.

Or am i just better off going to euro car parts and buying a standard LUK clutch kit and save myself £100 LOL

So you would recommend just buying an LUK clutch from euro car parts? Never looked into doing the clutch on this yet but it looks to be quite a big job as there is not a lot of room. Would more than likely whip the engine out to do it

Yes it should do. I bought mine new as a recon unit from Peugeot, unfortunately I had to take the clutch apart, damaged the circlip holding the bearing in and it came loose 5k miles later. Thats why I sold the car Smile

It would have to be a Cup 225, the others are w**k.

Yes its really difficult isn't it? I spent a huge amount of time and money on mine and made back very little in the end. Most was in the brakes, coilovers and wheels. The clutch is a pain but not massively expensive to sort, but you do have a fair few other bits to sort by the sound of it. Your other problem is that v6 converted cars don't tend to sell well.

Get the clutch done, sort out the linkage/hydraulic issues and drive it for a bit. I realise people are saying 1.5-2k but you've still got to find that buyer, tbh it will be worth more broken.
