Well a rather productive day today, so from the list of things that were wrong with the car, today I have fixed:
Door catch so door stays open now
Panel with dash dimmer switch replaced with 2 new switches, so dash lights always come on now
Left lights on buzzer fixed so now goes off
New interior fitted - just rear door cards to do
Fitted new relays to see if that was the issue with fans, it wasn't so back to square one
Immobiliser removed as it wouldn't disengage and car would start Sad all fixed now
Doesn't sound like I did a lot but I also had a 2 hour scrappies visit

2moro should see my phase 3 head lights fitted
Clear indicators fitted
Arch liners fitted
New ariel
Rear door cards

But for now I'm off to the fireworks. Pics 2moro Smile

Well I'm afraid I'm only one, so I get to live up to my reputation of constantly disappointing women.

With the phase three lights you may have to swap the adjusters over from the phase 2 set as the plugs are different

Well didn't actually do much today had to go shopping with the other half Sad
So all I got round to doing was fitting the new clock and clear side repeaters. Question tho, are the dash clocks all really dim or do I need new bulbs or something. It's really hard to see and it doesn't get brighter when u put the headlights on. I remember my dt being the same

That doesnt effect the clock, it should be quite bright and dim down when the lights are on.

Oh my dashboard lights are always dark on one side so I pound the dashboard with my huge fist until they all come on. Once I hit the dash so hard my wheels fell off. True fact!

Not strictly true as a base model ph2 won't have the twin optic frosted units, so to upgrade to ph3 crystal lights (twin optic) they will need to use a ph3 stalk or a ph2 GTi6 twin optic stalk.
