A Lad in the same Motorclub as myself has been making exhausts for god knows how long and more recently chassis and rollcage work like Gp4 mk2 escorts, mk1 builds and stock cars, he's still only about 20 LOL:

Sandy knows Mikes work as Mikes dad runs a MK2 escort rally car with a JRE 2.0 vauxhall in it, and more recently one of Sandy's TU5 16v builds had a full exhaust manifold and system done for a Mango Saxo Westcoast, circa 220 bhp Big grin

His new website went live earlier, have a look;

Not too far from me. Could be tempted to get the track car's cage done there when I have the cash.

Welshpug, do you know how much a 2.5" custom exhaust system from the manifold would cost for a low boost 6? Ideally it should have a flange in order to swap the cat back on easily when due to MOT. I have been trying to get in touch with cosmic spanner for a quote so i know how much i am looking at.
Pics and website look very good Thumbs up

No idea sorry, you'll have to get in touch with Mike, I know it wont be "cheap" but will be a proper Motorsport quality item with performance and sound levels in mind (nothing like stan's noise cannon...)

He is on Facebook as well, http://www.facebook.com/mike.edwards.37 Smile

Might give him a try. I'll be wanting a decent exhaust soon and i dont think any off the off the shelf ones suit.
Hopefully 2.5 bore all the way though with A decent silencer and a not huge cannon at the back.
I want one that doesn't drone too badly on the motorway too but i might be asking too much there.
