Sorted out the oil level temp problem, the needle was pushed in to far so once I pulled it out a bit it now works fine!Changed the battery light bulb but it's still not coming on, slaves another clock set in and it's the same so I know it's not the clocks? Took the airbag bulb out so that's all good now. I have 3 spare wiper motors and they all have the same fault, first setting on the stalk (auto wipe) nothing happens, second setting it works (slow speed) third setting does nothing! The rain sensitive sensor is plugged in.... What's likely to be at fault? |

Don't have one but would a faulty sensor make the fastest setting not work too? Strange how slow works that's all! |

I had the same wiper problem and it was the motor that was at fault. |

Sounds like you got some little gremlins playing in your wires. Did you put it in water? Or feed it after midnight? Are all the loom connectors tight? |

Hopefully I'll sort them 2 problems out I don't believe there is a relay for the front wipers, it's all controlled by the rain sensor and the input for the motor. That's why I suspect you've pulled a wire you weren't meant to if you reduced the looms, or something isn't plugged in |

Didn't touch the wiring for the wiper motor at all so hopefully just a loose/dirty connector |

Yup I have an auto stalk, going to leave those faults for now and get the engine running! I'll go and get some relays later and see if that sorts out the wiper fault |

Well the car runs now.. For some reason it wouldn't start with the high pressure pump electrically connected, disconnected it and she fired up! Checked all the fuel lines etc but as soon as the high pressure pump is electrically connected the engine dies?!?! The bloody heater matrix is leaking too don't think the o-ring is seated properly so the dash is coming back out next week but first I have to sort this running problem out |

This project is immense fair play to you, good to see it almost complete. That's an odd issue with the pump, only thing I can think of is have you wired it backwards ________________________________________ Ryan |

I have just wired the high pressure pump straight from the battery and earthed it back to the battery and still the same fault!Disconnected the fuel lines from the rail, just had the in tank pump electrically connected, turned the ignition on and fuel flowed, I then connected the high pressure pump electrically and the flow increased |
