Needed some new tyres for my 6, and seeing as there aren't many reviews or people with experience of the AD08s on 306s (partly because of price) I thought I would have a set of the Neova AD08s fitted this morning.

Also my birthday tomorrow so an early birthday present for myself!

Will put up a review once I they have bedded in and I've had a chance to put them through their paces, initial thoughts are that they seem impressive!

Nice tread pattern! Think I prefer that to T1Rs. Smile

They are going to be epic.

I've been thinking of doing the same when I get bigger wheels.
Let me know how they are in the wet though Big grin

These are probably the next tyres after I finally kill the Parada's, so a review will be nice Big grin

Yes I'll get a review up in a few days time once they have been put through their paces. From what I've read they are meant to be very good in the wet too so will be interesting to see.

I had Parada's before and rated them myself even if they did have a slightly soft sidewall (I know a lot of people on here hate them), so it will be good to compare these to them. Sidewall on these are quite stiff and apparently they do last quite a while.

Wasn't sure on tread pattern at first (my favourite pattern was always Parada's) but when you see them in the flesh they look immense!!

Can't wait to put a few miles on them!

Nice, I'm also interested in a review. Yes

Although, I'm not sure what it will take for me to steer away from the R888's as they completely transform the car...

fml at the tread pattern comments, but I guess that's why the Toyo T1S and R were popular ...

Yoko competition tyres are much better though, proper carcass not a floppy road one.

The '08s are a stiffer carcass than Paradas, sort of a halfway house between their road tyres and A048's

Interested to see what you think of the improvement, I don't think they will match A048/R888 territory though if they're a halfway house as Phil says...

R888 are not a patch on the AO48, AD08's are a direct competitor to the R888, but cheaper.

They're supposed to be more of a top end road tyre that will cope with trackdays - like the pilot cup - rather than a trackday tyre that will cope with some road use, got a couple of mates running them on a pair of Evo's and they love 'em, wet or dry.

I've been running these for about 2years now and love them.

After the demise of the Bridgestones that came with the car I had a pair of TR1s on the front which I didn't get on too well with so changed to Michelin PE2s. Found these a bit soft compared to the Bridgestone and then came across the AD08s.

I got them from Black Circles and fitted at a local garage as this was the chepest option ( I'm running 55s) The fitters last words to me as I left was "they won't last long" but they've not done too bad so far, still plenty of tread left for this years MOT

They have loads of grip and decent side walls for good feedback.

Not used them in the snow yet but have had some dodgy moments in really heavy rain on the motorway - I now keep below 60 if there is standing water.......

I will be buying these again come replacement time, which is a recomendation.

Just popped out and took a piccie. These have done about 12K of spirited driving......

Really? I disagree, the R888 and A048 are more in competition I think. Yes

888's have pretty soft sidewalls, 48's dont.

I've competed all year on these and they are VERY good, they have nice stiff sidewalls and a real progressive feel on the track. They are surprisingly good in damp conditions too.

I would like to try a set of A048s on mine to get a direct comparison. People have said that they are better, but I would like to try them in 17" and see how they go. Yes

Perhaps in a few years time when your 888's have perished from standing still you can give them a go Thumbs up
