could be as simple as a relay/fuse.

check the multi plug that connects onto the fans as water gets driven in there and might need a clean up. (one of my pins had corroded off so wasnt getting power to the fan.

have you unplugged the brown sensor on the thermostat housing? if you unplug it the fans should go to high speed you should hopefully be able to rule out the fans themselves

Bit of an update but fogot to take pics on the way Doh i put the bumper on anyway, got the wishbones back on and the replacement hub. Cleaned and sprayed the front calipers to match the rear and got the wheels back on freshly sprayed by myself. Looks very well indeed. I fitted the black masks i got from eddy and the front now looks alot better. Somehow by p**sing around the heaters fixed themselfs so they now work Smile just need to sort the drivers window cus it falls off at the front and find out why the fans dont kick in when should. After this i will clean up the engine bay abit. Pics to come wen i clean it Thumbs up

Well I thought exactly the same as you however that's the point - the fact that they have moved when they are worn and gone back to where they 'should' be means that the geometry has changed.

I had visible toe in after it was pointed out to me.
