Well car prepped as good as possible, European breakdown cover purchased, passports and money sorted we are all ready.

Anyone else interested in coming along are more than welcome, and anyone over seas who wants some small parts just let me know.

To be honest I was thinking with a newer car it would be a better car, wrong, it's done now so we shall see what's what.

Seriously may take my supercharged 205 track toy.

I am taking a spare set of c5 wheels with track tyres so it should be ok on that front, the car just feels so much easier to get the tail out.

I am sure it will be fine.

Washed, polished, and air con checked again. Also added a few stickers to hopefully get snapped whilst on the ring, ideal photo for the wall.

Well we made it here, one little hiccup we got this about 100 miles into the journey

Other than that perfect averaging about 90mph all the way was returning 33 mpg, on the track for the two laps we did I got it down to 9 LOL

LOL thanks.

Well just got in what a bloody drive that is, over the pond driving is so easy but over here is hard work with people in the wrong lane etc.

Took an age to get back.

Well I have been on the web and found a couple of decent shots.

Car overall did bloody brilliant, only little issue we had was the abs light coming on, checking it over this was due to a cv gaitor splitting and filling the voids on the pickup ring, at slow speeds it was ok but once moving along it popped up, will have to treat it to a new cv boot kit.

Well it's done it's job and is now up for grabs if anyone is interested (£1500)

A cheeky few shots

To be honest after I got back from driving in Poland, Germany, Holland and Belgium a few weeks back, I was glad to get back here. I think we have excellent lane discipline and we're very courteous drivers unlike those other places. It's just a shame there's so many cars here.

Not sarcasm mate, Europeans are fine at it too but when they hit traffic, their discipline goes out the window and its a shower of s**te. We're brilliant at driving with lots of cars around us.

That's a given really just look at body damage on the cars in many other European countries compared to us.

You all thought 306s are now not worth a w**k? Check this out-
