noob questions...

can anybody recommend some material to make the door cards from once I obtain the template?

secondly how would you affix the door card to the door? is there a more graceful solution than rivets?

THANKS!

I use number plate screws and covers in black looks ok against the black carbon, I wanted to use screws as its less work if I decided I needed to get at winder or central locking etc

Good old Royal mail have put prices up and put sizes down so these are now costing £3.40 more to post (£5.20 postage) so as you can imagine the Mrs didnt bother posting ...... anyway the options now are either i open the parcel fold it up and post to which on the new pricing would be 20p more i wouldn't charge an extra or 2nd option is buyer pays the extra £3.40 and i'll just post package as they are

Simon I'm finally gonna get round to making me some door cards before pugfest. Do you still have any templates at all? Pete.

Pop a wanted add up. I'm sure someone will have a template set still that they can draw around on some wrapping paper and send on Thumbs up

Or if your desperate get some car and trim it until it fits and there's your template Smile
