Right I know this has been asked about 1000 times but for about £300-400 what's a good set up for road and track Use

With that budget you aren't going to get much.

Perhaps a VTS beam or bar swap and some Eibach springs on Bilsteins?

    Well I did think that was looking at b8's but what sort of springs to go for I would like -40mm its 60 atm and its stupid and what lb spring to run?

    Eibach's are progressively wound. I forget the poundage.

    B8's and some eibach springs.also maybe lucky to squeeze and hybird arb in your budget if you can find the bits cheap enough/2nd hand Thumbs up

    I'm sure I can strech the buget abit have to work some saturdays aha how. Much aare the b8's with the springs? And can I choese the spring rates?

    . Pm miles on here he will be able to supply you with what you need.

    A larger rear arb will be a good hit too, and some bigger torsion bars.

    Also how old are the wishbone bushes as beam mounts. That will make the car feel a lot better if yours are old

    cant get much better than bilstein b8s with eibach prokit springs for the front b6s on the back got them on mine they are awesome only had to lower it 15mm sits perfect and handles like a dream i wouldnt lower it 40 to 60 mm though it wouldnt get over speed bumps.

    mine is lowered about 50mm on front an 40 on rear, clears speed bumps fine, also thats with boost pipes running under chassis.

    Cheers lads Probaly go for the b8's then lowerd 50mm and its alrady -40 on the back its abit like a boat atm lowerd 60 on standerd shoks not good!! What pound springs are people using on The front?
