Hi everybody,

My name is Nelson and I am French.
I do a presentation because I am in England and more precisely in Norwich for 3 and half months (until mid-september) !
I am student in France and I do a training here in a company called Scion-Sprays if you know, we are the neighbours of Lotus CarsBig grin

So now I will present my french 306 S16 BV6 (the name in France, it's like the GTI-6):

It is a model of October 1997 which totalize 210 000 kms ( approximately 131 000 miles) and she is white.
She is equiped with exhaust line in inox, brake discs pierced Zimmermann, brake shoe Ferodo DS2500 and shock absorber Peugeot SportThumbs up
Inside there is Recaro seats from Honda Integra Type R !

I did redo the paint there two months ago and I added stickers Rallye because in France it does not existLOL

I would really enjoy being in England to do meetings with you, and to meet people and speakSmile
So if you are propositions do not hesitate !!!
and we are also there to talk about our cars so feel free to postYes

Finally, sorry for my English and I hope that within three months I would speak wellLOL

Welcome along fella Big grin

Nice looking car you have there, so to be clear is this a full GTi engined 306 with 6 speed box or is it running an S16 engine and 5 speed box?

I for some reason thought that the full GTi-6 model was never released in France? Unsure

And dont worry, your English is a lot better than many English members LOL

Yes it is a full GTi engined 306 with 6 speed box !

And if I understand your second question, I can say that the full GTi-6 model was distributed in France between 1997 and 2001, but it is not the same nameLOL
In france the name is 306 S16 BV6

Watch out for the police pulling you over for those illegal French pressed plat.... Oh, no wait.

The car looks good mate, the white ones always do. Smile

Is the S16 BV6 quite rare in France? I never seem to see any when I'm over there.

Oh sorry tompaltridge but I don't understand "pressed plat" and I can't find traduction on internetNo
You have said that I can have problems with the police in England with my car ?

Yes the S16 BV6 is rare in France compared to others cars that they have the same performance like Clio RS for example !! I don't know why but maybe it's due to the consumption because the 306 consume more than the Clio and the unleaded is more expensive than the gazole in FranceLOL
