I don't mind paying £5, I'll deduct it from the saving I can get on RAC membership by being a member of PSCUK.________________________________________ Black 306 GTi-6 175.8BHP SCA Norwich ProjectTopaz Blue 205 CTI ![]() |

I.e if it's locked to members only when someone who isnt a member google's a problem it wont come up with this club. I may be talking bo***cks as I have no idea how all that works but sure I recall Owain or someone posting something to that effect. ________________________________________ Ryan |

Simple answer is people WILL at some point want to post when they simply can't find what they are looking for. Then they will need to sign up simple. ![]() ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

I'm not on these forums that much, but I'm happy to pay a fiver as soon as I buy my Rallye in August/September time. It won't die, club 306 is still going well and the membership has kicked out all the C***s that post utter crap! ________________________________________ Richies Project RallyeElectrical work carried out in Portsmouth jamiek_uk2000 wrote: - Top Tip!!! But all the info is there to see. For free. Whilst this is true, if you can't find the info you'll get told to use the search function! EFA I doubt there's not many questions that haven't been answered before. Each to their own etc, but I've had well more than £5-worth of advice out of this site so I'll stick with it. The FAQs and project threads have encouraged me to try doing more stuff on the car myself. And I think the banter on here is brilliant. Lots of very funny stuff, from the Ratmeister's avatar cupcake with the funny eyes to jsoulman's bus stop cruising. ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

This is exactly it, all the old members have got so much out of this place so surely a fiver is nothing, I will be parting with mine for the next few years. ________________________________________ Phase 2 Blaze GTi 6 (Standard) SoldPhase 3 Supercharged China GTi 6 (249.8 BHP) Sold Phase 3 Supercharged Diablo GTi 6 (443 BHP)Sold Nissan 350Z (300 BHP) |

I would like to add some positive feedback to the membership system. This forum has been priceless with advice for the last 7 years to me. £5 is a tiny price for all the knowledge that is available. |

Again, I am not 100% on how the Captain is going to implement the changes. I'm thinking on second thoughts its probably more likely you will still be able to log in but just not be able to do anything apart from pay membership, then the access will come back. I will get this clarified though for you guys... ![]() ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

I have been on this site for a long time. Some times i dont come on here for months at a time but i know when i do come on, there is always a discussion to join in, a question to ask or answer for some one and advice on what i need.I have purchased camera's, dvd's, music, bike bits and millions of car bits that have all been recommended to me by other members, where else do you get such a varierty of knowledge/opinions. To me this forum has been priceless over the years enabaling me to diagnose, learn and fix the problems on my various gti 6's for free. And other problems like computers, file downloading, phones etc. When buying my 1st gti 6 all those years ago, this site told me all the things i needed to look for and lots of advice. Also got warned/advice about milk float cars i was thinking of viewing. Having been non the wiser i prob would have bought a s**tter but the adice i got enabled me to find a good one. Yes every now and then the forum goes slow or wont let you connect but every website on earth does it every now and then. Totally behind the new plans as we all moaned for years to have the site like this and now there are lots of people moaning about it, do one. Thats just my take on it all. Please excuse the spelling, ive just had a operation and the sedation is still within ![]() ________________________________________ ***Breaking*** Ph3 Silver GTI 6 High Boost![]() |
