106 and 205 kits are £300.106 kit is totally different, 205 kit is mostly made specifically to fit the 205 shell and subframe without any mods other than a single hole for the upper rod, and losing the stereo. In the main it'll be pretty close to the 306 kit but the 306 heater box sits right on top of the exhaust tunnel so as it is the 205 kit will not work. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I run a micro heater from t7design so I may look further into this option. Brake lever for reverse should suffice as I've seen that before. |

If I knew how one worked I would design and manufacture my own one and then offer them to people on here, you would think with the amount of members that want one they would get them back into production! All it takes is a technical drawing, material and a machine shop to produce the parts... not much for colin to do him self |

I know for a fact if I had gone to the trouble of designing such a kit, the absolute last thing I'd do is release a technical drawing of it, and why should he? When he gets around to making some, I'll be in the queue ASAP, but I wouldn't dream of trying to copy his work. ________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies. Seems they do have a 306 down there at this very moment which does have a heater in it, gave them a gentle nu8dge, hope they have enough time spare.Dave was busy bolting some 406 TOCA brakes to a 205 maxi earlier. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

If he is that busy that he doesnt have the time to manufacture them him self he could sub contract the work out to another engineering firm and still make some money.... 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing |

I havent missed the point at all... im not bothered about the heater, I would sacrifice a heater over a good gear shift set up! If they cant remember how they modified a 205 set up maybe ross or another member that has one would send it back to them to duplicate it |

I expect the problem, as with anything is How many people would actually stump up the cash if he knocked a batch up tho.As with everything on the internet people are always keen til parting with the money. If he has other bigger projects going on, he probably knows he will be making money. In my opinion, I dont actually think it the most practical solution for cars that are mostly used on the road. It's certainly a very good item and I can't fault it in any way, but its probably better used on a proper competition car of some form to male the most of it. |
