Formally team BLAZE now Team bianca recuperating from multiple organ failure nicely!
items replaced so far, clutch, cambelt etc, radiator, exhaust, most of front running gear, wish bones, drop links, ball joints, track rod ends, bearings, brakes, calipers, discs, and pads, brake lines, front springs, brake balance compensator thingy, hand brake cable, throttle cable (twice), coil pack, door handle, windscreen, wipers, head lamps several sensors and bulbs Dry .rear beam new throttle cable, new battery. .......... yeah man, team money pit! but shes still rollin!

no we met in tescos carpark Blush and i let him check over my beast: he took me for a spin and scared the shit out of me as he put it through it's paces round a few back lanes! it was then i realised what i had just bought and poured a shedload of money into! it was straight and true! he also fitted my induction kit and changed my radiator for me! top geezer!

1st post was in for sale 'Breaking 1998 GTI-6' pics of car in the thread showed a very clear near mint 15k 6 that i was going to break to fit engine in my 2000 xsi at the time a 1998 6 was worth 5-7k so more than a 2000 xsi, someone on here did a check and found that the 6 was acctually stolen (iirc someone on here worked at an insurance office and had access to the info) so i got banned for trying to sell stolen goods, i had bought the car as a stolen recovered car an auction no V5 when i applied for it DVLA wouldn't issue it on its old plate and wanted to Q plate it iirc so i decided to break it
