Welcome to the nut house! "I've just got my 1st GTi6" Before I bought my first, I could not understand why people said that or even when I would see some FS adverts and reading: "This is my 2nd GTi6, which I bought after regretfully selling my 1st".. How could you sell a car if you loved it so? Now I see for myself after all Im currently looking for my 3rd What is the '6 like compared to the VTS? My mate has a 106 GTi and he thinks it is faster than Focus ST', VXR'... He is starting to do my nut, everything is slow apparently! Pics of the car please ________________________________________ I Live for the 306TEAM CHERRY PINK RALLYE 2008 BMW ///M 320d |

I had a VTS and it was quite fast and fun but get it on a hill or have a passenger or two and you really felt the lack of power. Handling was average for a small hot hatch but it felt really cheap and tacky all round and had the weirdest pedal position, kind of "offset" if you know what I mean. It's not a car I would ever consider again so I would quite comfortably say it's not a car to compare to a GTi-6.________________________________________ Less than 24 hours to go! |

I drove my mates and I think I would agree about the pedals, also too close together, I couldn't see me owning a 106 again, just for that reason.________________________________________ I Live for the 306TEAM CHERRY PINK RALLYE 2008 BMW ///M 320d |
