It surprises me how many drivers shit themselves and just shove the brake pedal to the floor, lock the wheels up and go straight on!________________________________________ |

Yeah know what you mean, obviously no Abs why don't they use Cadence braking ? , or does it not work well on rally circuits? ________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6™ |

Just watch how many crash because the back end is too low for the dampers to control - boing, smash.________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. I've often thought that rallying a gti6 with standard suspension would work better than a stiff setup with no travel. At least it wouldn't bounce and skit about. It may not be so stable under braking though. ________________________________________ |

I did the manx hundreds of years ago as service crew with a citoen ax sport in group n form. The manx was part of a european round and our class went from 6 regulars to 25+ with a load of 205 rallyes and ax sports. They were specced up running french tarmac spec and we couldnt believe the ride heights they were slammed. We were running our irish tarmac stuff gravel billies on the back tarmac billies and gravel springs on the front. We beat every euro car there that didnt throw itself off. I think there were 16 dnfs... So agree with Philipm was back in the mid nineties________________________________________ 306 less for first time in nearly 7 years. I have watched another compilation very similar to this although did not show the Escort cosworth that came to rest on its side on the wall with the Maxi close behind that bit was mostly edited out. I cringed at a lot of it particularly the 205s but especially when you see bodies flying! ________________________________________ I Live for the 306TEAM CHERRY PINK RALLYE 2008 BMW ///M 320d |

If you take any pics on track I would be interested to see them First Race of 2012 is either 24th or 25th March. |
