would be looking or around 100-150ish mark for the hole interiour as in good condition no rips in the seat or holes!

I think he means its worn-out, although it may still resemble the shape and contures of a gearnob, it's been used heavily and hence the leather has worn out, leaving him with a new gearnob he's payed for in the same or worse condition than the one he already has.
