Me and som buddies of mine were discussing the other day why almost everyone on this forum loves the Cyclones? We all own a 306 in different models (mostly 6's ofc) and we all more or less hate the cyclones. Razz

So all you englishmen, what's the deal with the cyclones??LOL

Dunno
They suit the lines and general shape of the car really well.

Some cars just suit their OE wheels. MK2 golf GTi's, E30's are a good example for the BBS wheels, in my opinion.

I really like them, like people have said they really suit the car. I think most poeple only give them up to weight save or to fit bigger brakes Dunno If only they made them in 16s Love

To put that into context, for the benefit of anyone that doesn't remember, Nashy had Lexus lights on his first six...

Cyclones are great. Tyres are cheap as f*ck too (if you don't mind going to 195/50 profile)

Oddly, the most sought after wheel for the GTi6 seems to be the 17" version of the cyclone!

If I were to put a 17 inch set of wheels on it would be the gti180 alloys, they suit the 306 quite well.
But a nice set of clones really suit the 306

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.

The colour of the car determines what wheels suit it in my opinion. Those 180 wheels look better on Manstone than other colours.

Its all about pro race 1.2s. Smile

Cyclones do look well on a 306, when they have been refubed in somthing like gun metal etc and the car is slighty lower than standard to get rid of that arch gap, but to me they look to small should have been 16s.
