You need to tell the garage to centralise the cyclone to the balancer with the centre of the wheel. The studs on the adapter are meant to be used to hold the wheel, not centralise it. Wipe their arses while your at itThumbs up

I love my cyclones and have been using the same tyre garage for 6 years, never ever failed to balance one correctly.

Wouldn't want anything else on my daily.
