as above standard or powerflex BLACK ones if anyone has any.........dont want shit nasty cheap ones that bend your subframe like my old ones did.

i was given some oem ones from a mate of mine and i done no how but somehow they managed to twist the front mounting hole of the subframe...................i have pics somewhere

i think where i bolted it up the bushes compressed on themself and bent the mounting points in......had to bin the subframe

Trust me it fuk it got new wishbones and they wouldn't fit,mounting point was 5 to 10mm to small

I've seen that happen to a subframe by over tightening the bolt. Managed to sort it though, used a bolt and a large socket to pull it out again.

At a guess the crush tube was too small in the bushes.
