Still don't know what to do with mine. As had trouble with mine last year at Pugfest where it started to smoke a little where it got a little hot with a few runs up the hill. Can't see these being too much of a problem while the car is moving but is it going to protect the pipes from the heat, if the car isn't getting much cooling??The guys that have fitted this already, have you had any sitting in traffic moment where the car gets hot and noticed any problems? ________________________________________ Proud member of the Astor owners clubTeam Charged Swirl pot and silly boost kit for sale |

I would be interested to see if they worked okay on a proper as I would have thought they would eventually heat up themselves. Stilly recoated his proper heatshield with an ally tape of some sort that I think would make a much cheaper and better job. ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |
