The holiday thread you started turned in to a 28 page explanation of what went wrong whats the difference with a rallye glovebox then? why would they be different? (because its peugeot i surpose) i havent exactly examined all 306 gloveboxes before, i know the phase1 is different though. typical of this forum for that to happen on one of my threads, i'm surprised this one hasn't cheers. ________________________________________ Pugplus Peugeot parts specialists!!1000`s & 1000`s of new & used parts in stock International shipment Genuine Peugeot parts suppliers A range of Peugeot's for sale Contact info: Mob:07532066648 (richard) Email: pugplus@hotmail.com |

What a tosser. You evidently need to study harder for your hobby. Do rallye's have air con? If not then they have a fecking huge glovebox. |

Ive had a rallye with aircon and i think Ive seen a few threads with people who have had aircon on there rallyes even so i still didn't know they were different as i'm not that anal about studying all the differences about a peugeot 306. If he knew there was a difference he should of asked or said its for the rallye without aircon so its the bigger glovebox then we would not of had a problem. as i just thought they was all the same, thats pretty anal knowing the difference about gloveboxes on the 306 Anyway sorry for the inconvenience caused to wayne i honestly didn't know they was different so I'm sorry for that and ill refund you in full and you can just keep the other glovebox or sell it yourself. I'm afraid i can only pay you £10 today as i emptied my paypal before i went away but i'm going to the bank tomorrow so i will transfer money back over and pay you the £5 PLEASE NOTE! this will take a few days to clear. sorry again for any inconvenience caused. Many thanks, richard. ________________________________________ Pugplus Peugeot parts specialists!!1000`s & 1000`s of new & used parts in stock International shipment Genuine Peugeot parts suppliers A range of Peugeot's for sale Contact info: Mob:07532066648 (richard) Email: pugplus@hotmail.com |

Give it time. It will. He did specifically state it was a Rallye glovebox he was after, but it sounds like it's being rectified the correct way. ________________________________________ |

welshpug! wrote: everyone else on here knew that Indeed. Only one member - Jeremy Beadle, has ever been able to store a pair of gloves in a GTi6 glovebox. Everyone else has started a thread entitled 'Why is the glovebox so tiny' and then learnt it's because of the aircon and the Rallye has a larger one. ________________________________________ |

This is prob due to the fact that most if not all people on this club have at some point had a 306 gti-6/rallye on the road for a good while and got used to how small the glovebox is where as i haven't yet, ive only had one on the road for about a week or 2 at the most. I don't spend all my days/nights looking through threads on here either hence the reason i have only just found out they are different.Anyway now i know this will not happen again and this matter will be sorted out for wayne. cheers. ________________________________________ Pugplus Peugeot parts specialists!!1000`s & 1000`s of new & used parts in stock International shipment Genuine Peugeot parts suppliers A range of Peugeot's for sale Contact info: Mob:07532066648 (richard) Email: pugplus@hotmail.com |

Exactly. You buy them to break with little interest. Which is what dozens of members on here have been getting at for the last couple of years Does make me wonder if you know for example, if a Bitron unit is working when you sell it. Whether you know a tapper from an injector tick etc etc. ________________________________________ |

Whether you know a tapper from an injector tick etc etc. I don't even sell bitron units now, i throw them all away as 9 times out of 10 they don't work so it saves the hastle. I know quite a lot about the gti-6/rallye just not silly little things like glove box sizes between the rallye to the gti-6. I don't think you could get mixed up between a tapper and a ticking injector as when they tapp you know they are tapping as they are loud and always make the same noise. You would be more likely to get mixed up between a ticking injector and a ticking lifter although a lifter will get louder from stone cold to when the oil gets warmer and thins out where as the injectors will stay the same.To be honest i don't think Ive ever had a gti-6/rallye with a ticking injector so i dont think its that much of a problem. cheers. ________________________________________ Pugplus Peugeot parts specialists!!1000`s & 1000`s of new & used parts in stock International shipment Genuine Peugeot parts suppliers A range of Peugeot's for sale Contact info: Mob:07532066648 (richard) Email: pugplus@hotmail.com |

Wayne Hi again wayne, its ok no problem at all you are not making a big thing about it at all. I know you asked for a rallye glovebox but i thought that's obviously just because you have a rallye and not because there was a difference between them. Some rallyes do have a/c so the glovebox i sent would actually fit a rallye just depends what rallye you had. So just for next time it would be better to state that you need parts for a rallye without a/c and if you know there is a difference between the parts you are ordering just say just to make sure because not everyone know`s all the differences between a rallye and a gti-6 as proven with this transaction. I don't think it was anyone's fault here just a simple mistake. I have paid you the £10 and the £5 is to follow shortly. Again sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Yes but i thought you meant the bigger bottom glove box as they have 2 anyway, 1 small upper and 1 bigger lower. Its down to a miss understanding of communication which can easily happen. Whats the big deal here? he actually sent the part albeit the wrong one, apologised and given full refund, the title of the thread is FAO Pugplus which IIRC means "FOR THE ATTENTION OF", i could understand if it read " FAO ALL MEMBERS TO PLAY BUSYBODY "I understand there was problems in the past but he now seems to be on the ball and refunding people etc.. ________________________________________ Audi S3 Black Edition |
