I practically gave he car away tbh. Sold it for £1400 because I needed it gone. I think I could have got a bit more if I'd have waited. Thing is I never really went out to buy anything and came back to tell the Mrs I'd put a deposit down on the LotusLOL I was smitten once I'd driven it. I'd looked at a Caterham half hour before. Was seriously tempted by that too but you know when you speak to a saleman and they seem to be talking crap? It kind of puts you offLOL Besides he was claiming it had 240bhp IIRC. I find that quite hard to believe despite it being achievable from a K series

Has a very nice Alpine head unit in there as well. Not sure if you had put that in there Stevie.

Can't fault the bodywork and handles great as well! How much is it lowered at the back Stevie, its a nice height.

Not sure mate. It waas done by the previous owner. And I did fit the Alpine head unit. It's got "Parrott" bluetooth handsfree built in if you didn't know. I may have the instructions somewhere if you want them? Smile
It's also got different speakers all round too. Can't remember the make tho.

Haha, Was in Halfords today and my mate said to me it had Parrott, I'll ask him if he wants the instructions.

Yeah has some 6x9's in the back, forget what make they are but sound good.

It is an interesting debate. I bought the bits gradually so it wasn't a 1 time hit.

I am looking to sell now, but the crisis that I am having is that nothing comes close for cheapness to run and speed.

Let's face it it is French so does go wrong but even genuine parts are cheap.

THIS

I've looked so many times to move from 306 ownership but just end up buying another 1 as (for me anyway) they are cheap and reliable

^^^ Agreed Yes

I was looking at Jap stuff before I went Low boost back in '08. The thought of learning my way around something like a Celica GT4 put me off though. Plus one of them would not fit in my garage LOL
