at what point did i mention anything about the year or my car was constructed? And £15 odd car tax increase might not seem much to you. But for people who looks after their pennies like me its another £150 I've got saved over 10 years. Every pound makes all the difference

£150 over TEN YEARS! Really, you think that closely about money! Don't get me wrong, i am not a multi millionaire and I don't normally comment on Jamma threads because I think you get a tough time on here but seriously dude come on!

You bought a car that ultimately had been sat in a field 6 months longer than any other, pay the tax because of it! It's not as if there is a shortage of phase 3 diablo's!

£150 over 10 years is 28p a week

You could save more than that by not buying the Beano

You could save £260 a year by driving around in a VW Polo Bluemotion, the only problem with that is you'll find yourself driving around in a VW Polo Bluemotion.

thats how I look after my money. 28p a day on tax. Save so much on something else. And something else etc. All adds up! even small things like me buying crisps for 50p a day from the sandwich man who comes to our work. If i stopped I'd save around £200 a year. Every penny counts.

Thats low for a car that generates more pollution than a coal power station. Always thought Evo's where about the top bracket at £400. The difference in insurance will sort that out.

My R26 is £235 for the year - still, its cheaper than a 2001 6Cool

f*ck, I could have saved £150 a DAY at the height of my cocaine fuelled nights out when I was younger. Imagine how many late registered 306's I could have taxed with that money!

Life is for living Jamma. It's too short to be worrying about money or what ever. You never know how long you've got left. The recent M5 pile up springs to mindSad

This is the way I look at it all anyway and hence the reason I bought the Lotus. I'd be £20k better of right now if I didn't have that piece of garage jewellery. But it brings a smile to my face every time I come to drive it - I suggest you stop worrying about money the way you *seem* to and live your lifeThumbs up

respect. Nicely put. And edit my crisp calculation. I meant £100 a year. . . Just on crisps! Just proves my point though by 50p a day saving goes a long way

Jamma, break it down dude, £15 is like 4 pints of lager, over a year?

Off topic, my car insurance went from a zone 10 to zone 26 when I moved to London, slightly more than a £15 annual increase Shock FML LOL Doh
