Wheel's great, much more comfortable driving position as i'm sat upright now as opposed to hunching over slightly. Slightly bigger diameter than my old wheel but I don't mind so much, lost the go karty feel but car's a lot easier to drive now.

Just away out to find some high tensile bolts to get the links fitted. Haven't got a clue where in Blackpool though, f*ck all hardware stores sell what I need and i cba ordering online...

I'd like to register my interest in a pair Wink

Question, what is the reason/advantages of them being adjustable & what would be the optimum length for a car lowered by 30-40mm?

Optimum length depends on how your ARB has faired over the years. Standard links are 306mm length, lowered by that amount you'd be looking at around 325/330mm length. The adjustable nature means you can keep the ARB aligned where it's supposed to be and reset the geometry. Have a search, phil's got loads of threads about the benefits Thumbs up

Off to get more bolts today. The ones I bought are too long Doh

pm replied gilesy.

Drop links are now on and feel so much better. Plastic ones were only 6 months old but can really feel the difference, front end feels a lot more balanced now.

Oh, alignment was 20mm or so out from one side to the other!
