Thought I'd say Hi on here after lurking for a while. Names Andy, From Brummyland..

Brought my first ever Peugeot car and its a GTi 6 version, would have liked a Bianca Rallye but hey ho I'll settle for the one I've got now. Not my 1st french car tho, Had a Laguna Sport a few cars before this.

Some may recognise this car, those are his pictures. I've not had chance to take my own, Friend of mine's borrowing it now, after his car's spat a dummy out let shall we say.

I'll let pics do the talking...

Pleased as a punch with this one, Have a soft spot for black cars. 1st one I saw and brought on the spot with a good offer.

No stranger to high performance cars, have owned a string of hot Fords (Not got that Cosworth yet). Currently Giving my MK6 Escort RS2000 16v a light restoration and an engine make over.

Not done any changes apart from the head unit for my own 'Oldie but Goodie' Kenwood mask jobby.

May be on the look out for some cyclones for the winter/track use.

Welcome to the site, there's tons of good info in the FAQ section, and good banter in the forum.
Just watch out for lift off oversteer until you are used to it

Welcome mate

Enjoy the pug and being a ford owner so you will be used to having a thin wallet putting things right.

I am certainly used to having a thin wallet. It's not my daily ride, I have a mondeo for that. It's more of a weekend toy, bob in £20/30 quid of petrol and have my fun in it and park it up Sunday night until Friday lunchtime Big grin

Cheers for the welcome, I've had the tail snaking on me already, keep on the power to pull it inline! Or counter steer while braking behind idiots who pull out.

You sir either live for the 6 or have a mental retardation to still be repairing this!

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.

Ha ha ha milk float yeah right!! As for it being passed on to members here, I think I'm the 3rd/4th owner.

JamesGTi6 - Bartley green area, literally minutes from the M5 j3.

Matt, yer I'm minirotty's mate, known on the ford forums as GingeRS2K.

It's doing ok, sailed straight throu the mot just before Xmas, no advisorys. Not bad for a 128k miler 6. Currently looking sorry for itself interior wise as having to do the heater matrix, a spare 5mins here and there sees me removing a part or 2 before I'm busy with something else the other half has planned for me.

Unfortunately it may be up for sale as soon as I've done the matrix. Need funds for a newer spacious car as the daily mondeo looks a bit shagged and old now.

Also trying to start up my own removals business working alongside with my uncles own too later on this year.

Mates a 306 lover and has shown interest in it so may hold on to it for him. Wheels are not for sale when I do sell the car as they were basically the selling point of the car tbh. More of like cherry on the icing to say.

I'll be back in a cheap rallye for track days once my business is up and running, you lot won't get rid of me that easily.

I think you mean the Mk5b (oval grille in bonnet) Lloyd as that was fitted with 4x4 Yes and only 500 such production cars were made.
