I was wondering this, but hopedassumed the cage didn't come pre-packaged inside a car. Although tbh that wouldn't be the end of the world Wink

Can't see that clearly where the brackets are and where the welds are.

i was under the impression you could angle the cage in with the doors and both seats removed?

how do people get the normal bolt in cages in? because they seem to be a fixed B hoop and rear section and only the upper window A bar and the doorbars remove - or the SD one i saw did (2nd hand)

after all it's a bolt-in cage. you'd probably be putting your own brackets, which are only angled metal thick plates anyway so not a HUGE problem. i reckon you'd make more mess trying to remove the old plates than you would just leaving them and sorting your own

can't see it being even remotely on a scale of 'difficult' like a Custom Cages one LOL

I ask because mine needed the space between the 2 rear bars to 'hook' in and get the cage in place. My rear X is removable so that the cage can be removed without having to cut it.

Mine without the x used to tip forwards to remove, I now have to fit the rear first then slide the bottom of the cage backwards, pretty easy but harder with weld in seat rails

Mabgti can have the cage if I can get the Willwood brakes offered by James 88. Still waiting on a response from him on selling them!

PS if anyone does know of another SD cage for sale or that comes up - I'm interested!
