I would give Austec racing a call in gatwick. I have used them for a number of years and they specialise in RR remapping. I was told i can realistically expect between 30-40bhp________________________________________ Lawrence |

The thing is they do know their arse from their elbow up there when it comes to tuning. Hey proof is in the pudding so am planning on taking him up at some point. I have put so much business their way that i know he wont charge if he doesnt deliver. ________________________________________ Lawrence |

I would expect nearly nothing. Its not a turbo engine and isn't very tunable in stock form. I'd be very wary of any proof in terms of rolling road figures either.________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

What are you remapping it for, your exhaust? Expect to gain little-to-nothing and lose a few hundred quid. Can these people actually remap the stock ECU anyway? Was under the impression only Wayne Schofield had put the time/money/effort into being able to remap the stock computer. ________________________________________ Ph1 306 GTi 6 | RX8 231 S1 | YBR 125 Cafe Racer | MT-03 660 |
