found this new rallye Aux setup on Ebay for all you lot looking to ditch your Aircon,

you will need,

Idle Pulley

Part no Gatt36036

Manuel Tensioner

Part no Gatt38098

then go to
Euro car parts,
Peugeot etc and order

Alternator Belt 5750 WL
Tensioner Screw 5703 67

my hero Love

i recently bought a replacement pulley, which when fitted had a severe wobble

took it back for replacement, and the replacement was just as bad

Cheers for that! I need this, but I also need to lose power steering so need to do some research.

    If you have a gti 6 engine (xu10j4rs)
    And you don't want your aircon then this is for you!

    You dont really need a special tensioner screw from Pug as any bolt works fine to tension it up. Thats what I did to mine.

    What is the thread size of the tensioner bolt?
