I have KW Coilovers V2 fitted to my Rallye, but I want to adjust the rebound, Height is perfect, I have the KW plastic key it came with and tried turning it but the plastic feels like its going to snap and break? Whats the correct way of doing this?

Pliers? Does it turn the other way? Mine seem quite free to turn. That said I don't actually know how to operate mine I just fiddle and hope.

I was going to try Pliers Smegal, but but thought I would try the plastic ajuster it came with first. I take it + is to make it stiffer and - is to make it softer?

I got some type of plastic key to adjust it. Does the car need to be jacked up to adjust it?

Nope. You're talking about the fronts, right? 2mm (iirc) allen key in the top of the strut, job done.

Eew, wtf is that? Doesn't look anything like mine. I'd guess that yellow bit in the top just turns, but I'd soak it in some WD40 first.

They've changed the design from that spade shaped spigot on the early ones, to a small allen key on the new ones Smile

When I tried using the purple adjuster I have, it just feels like its going to break! Will hav to use mole grips.

Careful with the mole grips, that's a very long, very thin steel shaft, and you don't want to snap it...

Just make sure you soak them in WD40 first, they'll be fine as long as you're careful.

When adjusting, can you turn the adjuster all the way. I have never really done much on mine and turning them all the way hard or soft then going back is the only way I can think of for getting them matched.
