hi, my exhaust has broke of about 4 or 5 inches from the cat not the engine side of the cat facing the bacck of the car, and when i slow down i hear like a popping coming from under the car, would the exuast being broke that close to the cat cause the poping noise?

No sadly it is your back tyres being too full of air. Let some air out and it will all be fine Thumbs up

same thing happened to mine other month, i started adding 5 litre of water to every tankful of petrol to water it down a bit, now its weaker it doesnt pop anymore and i swear its added power

I used a £4.99 chip of ebay, cured the problem and added 50bhp! kills ferraris, lambos and all sorts now!

Sports cats from what I have seen are largely a waste of money, decat pipe and a straight through is the way forward! Thumbs up
