f**k that, they were £15 from Rallydesign when I got mine, and that includes the extra contact breaker for the alternator and a resistor. Car builder solutions also sell them, £24 all-in, so not as cheap as RallyDesign but still half what DT are after. Demon Tweeks are great for some stuff, but as they've got flashy showrooms and big overheads the little bits are extortionate, I'd never buy from them for bits like that. I ordered a tonne of stuff from Car Builder Solutions, that's a very easy website to get carried away on EDIT: They also sell rubber boots to stop you from shorting the connections. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

Matt_rallye wrote: No way I feel confident enough to chop into the ignition, id definitely get the wrong one haha well you don't go anywhere near your ignition switch so you'll be fine : if you go for the LMA brand insrtead of autolec they're £23 form DT http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/performance/battery-isolators-master-switches/lma-fia-battery-master-cut-out-switch the £47 one is rated at 100A, but nothing on these as to how many amps. they even charge £2 more for the Autolec spare resistor to go with them, a fooking fiver ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

No that's no good, I needed to know the colours of the wires going into the ECU - everyone said white, but mine had several white wires. I have the diagram from the Haynes manual, but wasn't right for mine. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

why? you dont touch the ecu wiring?you dont go by colour anyway, its wire numbers. hayens is indeed not correct, as it doesn't cover the RS ecu. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

You're assuming there's one way of doing it and that's your way, and that that's the right way. I wired it into the ignition because I wanted it to cut everything. And it works. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |
