I had a quick look in Halfords, but they only had very small tins (250ml iirc) of brush on stuff, or spray cans. I was after a large brush on tin, so that I can refurb a sport cat I just got hold of, and can still have some left for future jobs.

Has anyone bought very high temperature paint recently, suitable for exhaust components?I had a quick look in Halfords, but they only had very small tins (250ml iirc) of brush on stuff, or spray cans. I was after a large brush on tin, so that I can refurb a sport cat I just got hold of, and can still have some left for future jobs. |

I was gonna paint my genuine Pug cat at one point, I was half way though preparing it for painting and my pattern cat gave up so I didn't get to finish it in the end. On another note I have used vht paint on uv lamps I make.at work. They run at around 750 degrees c depending on the model and the paint doesn't break down so I would think it would be fine on a cat. ________________________________________ Team Peugeot Sport 308 GtiBlack T'99 Gti - may she rest in peace - written off in a shunt on the A329m |
