Lead time is spot on, i rang them on friday and they said they could have it done the day after, but i let them do it over a few days when i was ready to pick it up.

Those Kevlar ones drive quite nicely, same as I have in mine, little bit grabbier on initial takeup but that's all, probably a bit more realistic at a 350*C max temperature though, they start to glaze over after that.
You need a very good flywheel and pressure plate surface though to get them to bed in properly too - they're not abrasive enough to clean up poor machining marks, etc.

c.g.motorsport advised me to go paddle clutch even at low boost, so dont know how your gonna get away with kevlartec at high boost.. dont think they;re rated to the same torque...

miles i need to speak to you bout my box off nick...

I concur, I have a Kevlar clutch in my Rover Turbo and it drives beautifully. No judder etc. I fitted it against a brand new TTV flywheel (they make Rich W's iirc).

We will see how it holds out in the next few weeks then, im sure it will be better than standard, but by how much im not sure.

Looks like you have already got in contact with them, they did say i should use a paddle one, but i wanted to try and retain some driveability, so will see how this holds out.

They have done it at a special price, as they havent made any 306 ones like this before, so im the test donkey LOL

ive uprated to the ml5t box from a 406 v6, and then fitted a larger clutch plate from them. Takes a lot of work but apparently they can stand another 100nm torque through the entire box, not just the clutch.

Just give them a ring and see what they offer, mine was £30 as they wanted someone to try them out a couple of years back when they first started with them.

As phill said, give them a ring and say you have had a word with me and see what they can do, or you could wait untill ive given mine some stick and see how it holds out.

From the 10miles i did in it earlier it seems all good, low down bite feels a bit weired, but gear change's are nice and smooth.

Any chance of you doing an FAQ on how you did the conversion, the problems you encountered & how you got round them.
I think this is the next step for all the boosted boys to give them a box they can thrash without fear of it going BANG!!!

Cool

i was going to try a paddle clutch as can get them re done for like £50 when it needs doing, so depending how much it was going to cost to buy 1 i was thinking of doing that, im gonna subscribe to this thread tho wanna see what birks is like.

i only got 2k an 5 track days out a valeo clutch, cracked across where the springs are held in an the spring had fell out, could still get 1,2,3,4 but 5th an 6th were c*nt to get in! so next clutch i use will be high boost aswell!!
