Yeah, an exotic worth a a few hundred thousand pounds can pull it off. I'm not convinced that a hatchback can. I think they look daft on the VXRs anyway.

I think the first pic is OK. If you can do it tastefully and professionally, i think you might just pull it off. Matt black might work too.

A daring move...just keep a spare bumper/exhaust on standby incase it goes horribly wrong! Smile

I dont know if it could be done but what about a 'stealth' backbox which is hidden from the rear not showing any tailpipe?

Could get another bumper and get a bodyshop to fill the recess with a section off it!

I think it looks best as it is would a longer back box and centre not quite it down enough

on my 205 im going to come straight down the middle of the car, bend towards drives side and fit a massic box in there then come out normally side (same as 6 ) and then point downwards

i will have an inline silence in stright to rear too

i need it to be as quiet as possible

Oh... im toying with the idea of a new system as well mabs, mine is to loud and is doing my nut it, i was thinking of having 2 box's and a twin exit in the middle where the spare wheel used to be.
