Hey ppl I know you all will tell me to search for the pics.. but... the infos... thats going to be hard!!!

Well...Im from brazil... (bad english I know, sory abouth that)... and for me to buy a OMP strut brace from UK is too much expensive...
so.. I was talking to a friend.. and he told me he could make one just like OMP...

Can anyone give me the Angle to the curve on the bar and the sizes for everything?

lol, you want an engineering drawing of a strut brace that your fabricator can use to make a brace?
in my experience, a mate that says they can make something easily for half the price etc etc, it never happens

I do, and sorry, but no I'm afraid I won't, I spent quite a few hours getting the braces fitting as tight to the sump as they are without them hitting when the engine moved! LOL
Besides, unless he's using the same bender as us it'll be useless anyway.

Get that there tape measure and crawl under your car, it's fun, honest. Thumbs up

Should have a few finished when I come back off my holidays in a couple of weeks, won't have a firm price 'till then.

Here is my problem (I will try to take a better pic later!!!

That metal plate is the problem... the bolts im using are 5mm longer than the original one... Whem I fitted the first time the strut brace The lower bolt on both susp. structure fells like they would jump with the first curve i would make... so... i take the strut brace out.. and put the original bolts bake...

What is that plate? Does it come off when you take the bolts out? Looks like you have a metal plate from an old strut brace that's been cut off?
