not an excessive price for a PE2 fitted, I think they are around 55-60 delievered usually

price for tracking sounds a bit steep but I don't know what prices are like your way, last time I got my tracking done it was £15.

Yeah, £15 last time mine was done, 3 years ago though! All the buggers in St Albans and Luton seem to charge the same Wink Should I be trying to knock them down with the 'cash in hand' trick?

EDIT: And if you're wondering why my profile says Canterbury/Chelmsford it's because I haven't updated it in years! Whistle

might be worth a try, they may be more inclined to do it if you ensure nothing is seized too, I always grease the track rods+ends right up so they'll never seize.

I have no garage at the moment and won't be faffing about on my hands and knees in the snow, so no doing them favours! LOL

Funnily enough, now that one of my F1s is on the limit of being legal I seem to have better snow grip!!

I see that talk on the net suggests the PE2's are about to be phased out and replaced with the PS3s...

Maybe in the larger sizes but can see them keeping them in the smaller sizes like goodyear did with the Eagle F1/Asymetrics.

Well the F1 GSD3 in the small sizes didn't last that long...

I think I'll still start switching to the PE2s from my dying F1s... just a shame they look so crap in comparison!!

I don't care what they look like, as long as they work!

have a guess why the Toyo's are a "tuner" favourite LOL

What's daft is the Rainsport 2 is by far a better tyre than T1-R's and have a very similar tread pattern. It's a shame these "tuners" are actually cheapskates that prefer powerdrumz and TSW razors to actually tuning a car LOL
