Right im looking at getting a set of spoox mounts, there adjustable camber i think, are they any good, anyone got them?

i dont think spoox do these for the 306, would 205/309 ones fit a gti6

Yes they do

They're good quality, offer a good amount of adjustment and fitting is relatively easy.

You'll need to drill a hole in the strut top housing for the 3rd mounting point, and depending what springs/dampers you've got (i've never installed with standard ones) you'll possibly also need a flat upper spring seat

PS, Chris, can you reduce the size of your sig just a wee bit!?

they are good enough im unsure about the bearing though but its the same as a pugsport item so who knows

What makes you unsure? Do you have any specific experience? Surely if it's the same as the pugsport item then it's probably well tested and proven

what is a ideal amount of camber for occasional track work?
is it like 3deg?
dontthese mounts onlyofferlike 1 degree? Unsure

Depends on tyres, road rubber will get torn up pretty quick with 3 degrees. Always a bit of a compromise when trying to find a balance between road longevity and track performance.

These should give around 2 to 3 deg depending on the ride height you run.
