yer thats right. might be able to shave another .5/1kg but i'm happy with it the way it is. will start a thread for phase one bonnets. fixings didn't come today they haven't sent them out. should be thursday now. will keep everyone informed.

Would it be lighter to use 4 bonnet pins and ditch the hinges..? If so, I would prefer to do it this way!

How was you thinking of shaving a little more weight off?

ur talking grames for the possible hinge mounts so wouldn't worry. if i can get glass spheres to add to the resin in helps to make it lighter without making it weaker. will try one asap.

black one will be done. spoilers are coming. getting p*ssed of with the mould. i have worked out the contraction of it but it never contracts how it should so just making some small changes.
