Bought a Rallye yesterday and I love it. It just has a odd suspension related issue. On the way home the car seemed to be getting blown by the wind. but I realised it was pulling quite suddenly to the left under acceleration then drifts back right when I come off the gas. i also noticed that on the mot it got an advisory for offside suspension arm slight play in pin/bush.

Any ideas what it is and what I need to do to fix it.

Check the 'P'Bushes mate they may be shot! I've had this issue made the car feel like the suspension was made of jelly! LOL

Easiest way to do it is just to buy a pair of new wishbones and still them, it's faster than replacing the bushes and doesn't cost much more

Would the roller bearing bushes be overkill for a car with a otherwise standard suspension set up?

Would powerflex front bushes and oem rear bushes be better suited to the car?

Motaquip are a parts place owned by PSA

Wouldn't bother with Powerflex ones - standard are good enough for most people. Lemforder are a decent make too.

got mine online from Motaparts, its a website run by a Pug/Citroen dealer in cumbria Smile

they're all Kleber bushes which are as close as you can get to o.e, the old ones that came off were Kleber marked.

I wouldnt mind the suspension been sharper/firmer. I just dont want it to be a full blown track weapon like my last car.

Absolutely not. You will not believe how good they are until you drive a car with them fitted.
