The S16 is now knocking well from the rear over bumps, are the solid bushes worth it on a road car? |

I'd say not. Personal choice though and my car feels far from wobbly with new mounts. I guess you wouldn't lose much if you tried them and then sold them on again - not going to wear as such. ________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

Another vote hear, But I would have to really.Fitted them on loads of car's now and it makes them so much more positive as there's no slop, No more road noise either with full trim in. ________________________________________ 306 Rallye Sptint/Race Car, 205 CTI 1.9 8v to name a fewRoad, Track and Race/Rally car preparation to your personal requirements, Full Workshop & Diagnostic Facilities New and Second parts, from Plugs to Turbo's We now also carry out Routine Servicing www.pugracing.com & FB Page, https://www.facebook.com/PugRacing Ebay; http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Pug-Racing-Shop 2012/2013/2014/2019 Class Winners at Gurston Down Speed Hillclimb & Joint overall, Class record too along the way, |

Although I would also put in a vote for solid mounts, If you have a knocking or slop from back there it may also be time for new bearings in the beam? Check in the for sale section for the set of fit and forget phosphor bronze beam bearings that were on there. Would make a propper job of it if you do all that at the same time. P.M. Me if you are inrterested in a set of solid mounts.________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies. I sell new and used welding equipment in the Hampshire area. Has anyone got of the bronze beam bearings then? I'm going to rebuild my rear beam and that would be ideal, can lower it and never worry about them ever again!________________________________________ 205 GTi Red - G939 RTU - Died!306 GTi 6 Diablo - Being resurrected! Only when the old seals have been disturbed, fit new and they'll last.________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments.
