Aslong as it is a disc beam it'll be fine, the gti6 has, if i recall correctly, 4.2mm toe in, the xsara 5mm and the citroen zx16v 0mm, some of the lesser model 306s have around 3mm i think, but they are drum. The beam to have is the zx 16v, makes the car a little less stable but turn in is better, plus they have 21mm tbs, they are hard to get hold of though, me being a dumbass, i had a complete zx volcane td with disc rear beam, so 0mm toe, but i sold the whole car for |

any of them will fit, you'd just need to change the torsion bars etc over, and if its not disc that's not the end of the world if you already have the disc bits.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

i know they will fit , but i dont want to affect handling, and they all have different toe/camber values. so i want to be sure of what ones i can use. |

ahhh I sees, ok, I'm unsure as to the values other non-sport or estate beams use, you'd best be getting a 306 sport level beam to be sure, i.e XS XSi ir DTurboHDI.the xsara's run more toe in, which would make them more stable at speed but a bit more woolly on the initial turn in, quite the opposite to the zx which is parallel and runs more camber too. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

You've got that the wrong way around. Because the point around which the trailing arm pivots is in front of the wheel, you'd need toe out for the amount of (negative) camber to increase as you lowered the beam. With toe in (as most PSA beams except ZX's have as standard) the amount of (negative) camber will increase as you raise the ride height. As said though, the amounts involved are small and to be honest not really worth worrying about. ________________________________________ 1989 Eunos Roadster // 1992 Peugeot 205 GTi-S 1.9 // 1999 Peugeot 306 HDi Meridian |
